SHIPPING - COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS

The products of your order will be sent to the destination you have indicated to us with one of our transport service partners. 

For orders shipped to Greece, you can choose between:

1. Registered postal delivery with ELTA
2. SPEEDEX courier company

For orders shipped to EU Countries you can chooose only ELTA registered postal delivery.

Unfortunately, we don't deliver our products outside the EU.

In case of inaccessible areas you may need to contact the courier service for further clarification or consultation.
Our shipments take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Orders from Attica are usually shipped within 1-2 days and outside Attica within 1-3 working days.

Place your order until 13:00 Monday to Friday and SIMERON sends your order:

1. the next working day in the cities:

• Athens
• Thessaloniki
• Patras
• Larissa
• Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymno)

For the areas of Crete in order to make a delivery the next working day the order must have been placed by 12:30 p.m.

2. within 2 to 3 working days in Mainland Greece and Crete (in the Capitals of the Prefectures), islands, as long as the products you have ordered are available.

SHIPPING COST

The minimum order limit for sending the products is set at € 20.00 (value of products).

We ship orders of up to 2.0 kilos to all EU Countries (not internationally).

Including: Spain, Albania, Austria, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway

The quoted prices include the legal charge VAT
 

Notes:

1. For orders received by 13:00, the execution and routing of their shipment usually takes place on the same day
2. In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, there should be a new consultation with the store.
3. The days and hours set by the carrier on a case- by- case basis apply to the official opening hours of the courier network branches . However, the hours may vary from place to place and we recommend that you contact your local store as well.
4. For special distribution services such as a pre-determined time frame, delivery on Saturday or on national holidays and public holidays, special additional charges apply and are executed after contacting the service department of the respective courier service.
5. The reported times are indicative and relate to working days (Mon-Fri) from the date and time of receipt of your order.
6. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
